How To Donate Your Skills & Time Online

Everyone has a skill that can help. If you're skilled at a building trade, auto repair or other profession (teacher, doctor, lawyer, banker, home maintenance, etc.), you can help a military family in need by donating your time and skills.

How It Works

When you donate your skills and time, we add your contact information to a database that only the VFW can access. If a military family in the program has a need that seems to match your skills, a member from the local VFW post will call you to discuss helping. There's no obligation, and if you can't help this time, we'll give you a call the next time there is a need that falls within your community and your skill set.
